#VivekaJagruti | Mangaluru Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission , in association with the Swami Vivekananda Study Centre – Mangalore University , organized Viveka Jagruti—Orientation Sessions on Swami Vivekananda at our college today. Swami Mahamedhanandaji, Head of the Ramakrishna Institute of Moral and Spiritual Education, Mysuru, delivered a lecture on the topic, “I Am the Creator of My Destiny.”
The event was presided over by Sri Sathish Rao, Vice President of Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha, Puttur. Other notable attendees included Sri Bellala Gopinath Rao, Retired Soldier of the Indian Army; Dr. Chandru Hegde, Coordinator of the Swami Vivekananda Study Centre, Mangalagangotri, Mangaluru; Sri Ravindra P., President of our College Governing Council; Dr. K. N. Subrahmanya, a member of our College Governing Council; Sri Mahesha Nitilapura, Principal of our College; Sri Shreevathsa N., Academic Coordinator; and Sri Sajeeth Koppala, Coordinator of Value Education Programs of Ramakrishna Mission, Mangaluru.
Heads of various departments, teaching and non-teaching staff, as well as students, participated in the event.
