Session | An awareness session on the POCSO Act and the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act was held at our college yesterday. The ASI from the Dakshina Kannada Women’s Police Station in Puttur served as the resource person for the event. Smt. Yashavanthi D., Head of the Arts Department, presided over the session. Smt. Madhavi A. Patel, a member of the Student Welfare Committee, was also present. Constable Manjula, the heads of various departments, teaching and non-teaching staff, and students, attended the event.
