The Kargil Vijaya – Yodha Namana event was held at our college on the 25th and 26th of July 2025 to commemorate the 26th anniversary of India’s victory in the Kargil War. On the first day, a heartfelt tribute was paid to the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty.
Dr. Krishna Prasanna K., Director of the Governing Council of our college, presided over the event. The chief guest, Retired Naik Subbappa Patali of the 40 Medium Regiment Artillery, Indian Army, was honoured on the occasion for his dedicated service to the nation. Sri Rajesh Padmar, Prant Prachara Pramukh of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, delivered the keynote address. The Principal of our college, Sri Devicharan Rai Malarabeedu, was also present on the dais.
A documentary on the Kargil War, prepared by students under the guidance of faculty members, was showcased during the event. Heads of various departments, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and students attended the event and paid their respects.
