Boys’ Mental Health and Wellness Program-2026

As part of  VivekaSankalpa 2026, a session on Health & Wellness for Boys was organized for First PUC boys on 8th June 2026 at the Vaidehi Auditorium of our college. The session was conducted by Dr. Sandeep H. S., Pediatrician at Pragathi Speciality Hospital, Puttur, who shared valuable insights on physical health, mental well-being, healthy lifestyle practices, and the importance of maintaining overall wellness during adolescence.

Smt. Chaithra U. N., Head of the Department of Mathematics, was present on the occasion. The program was coordinated by Smt. Dayamani T. K., Head of the Department of Chemistry. Heads of various departments, teaching and non-teaching staff members, and students were also present at the session. The program served as an informative and empowering initiative, encouraging students to adopt healthy habits and make informed choices for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
